The rooms seemed to be recently re-done and were nice, but the lobby and hallways were older and had a smell. Thankfully the room didn't. I did not feel that it was super clean either. Front desk person was super friendly.

The room was nicely decorated. Bed and pillows were very good. Bathroom was pretty old and haggard, but the shower was fantastic! Other guests (sadly right above me) were awful and were making all kinds of noise, yelling, stomping and arguing at 4am. That was the biggest negative.

Stayed here on our bicycle ride along the Erie Canalway Trail. It is right next to a trail and has a swimming pool. It has several grocery stores next door, but they all closed at 8 pm (a good place to grab yogurt or something like that for breakfast). There is a Domino's Pizza and a pharmacy next door.

Outside was dirty and full of weeds. Looks likes the place was closed. The hallway was so stuffy. Just felt we were in a basement. The room was very clean. Bed was great.

The overall room was clean and the bed comfortable. However the room closet was Disgusting with Mold halfway from the left of the closet to the middle with black-grey blue Mold with a terrible odor. We couldn’t use the closet and only stayed in the room as it was late and we were exhausted! I did alert management about the condition of the room at checkout and they apologized for the inconvenience.

This property SMELLED SO BADLY, especially in the hallways which were TOTALLY DISGUSTING and SUPER HOT. The rooms were also smelly but seemed to go away with time. I would like a refund for my stay. The staff was decent the AREA the hotel is in is scary. I didn't even take a shower the morning I got up that's how bad things were. I do not advise anyone to stay there let me know who I can contact about getting a refund for my stay.

The room was good. And the staff was very friendly. The cleanliness (especially the floor) was a little sketchy. They need to pay a bit more attention to detail with cleaning. It’s a bit noisy but there’s not much you can do about that. I’ll give it an “ok”.

All rooms have outside doors. Limited lighting in the parking lot. Bed comforter had stains. Chair in the room was dirty. No soap for the sink. Shower had body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Toilet/shower area floor board was coming off the wall. All mirrors were dirty. Bed and pillows were comfortable enough for just an overnight stay. Wouldn’t stay long term at this hotel.

Nice and comfortable

Overall very good. Only complaint the room i was in the shower was not great and water interspersed hot and cold. Other than the shower the room was very clean and comfortable. Was glad it didn't have any smokey smell.

The people at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. They even changed my room without me asking because they said the volume of the cars on the road nearby would be distracting to my sleep. The AC worked well and the tv was quality. It was one of the lowest priced hotels in the area… you get what you pay for. Now for the bad part. At time the bathroom had the smell of an open sewer. I just closed the bathroom door and was able to block off the rest of the room from the smell. The shower was a little rough. The temperature of the water fluctuated greatly. I would adjust the knobs to make the water warmer and then the temperature would kick back in again making the water super hot! It happened throughout the shower. The neighborhood is definitely a bit of a negative as well. I went fishing at a nearby dock at 6 AM and there were a handful of people who showed up and sat in their cars. The only thing to do there was fish or launch your boat. There were some sketchy things going on so I decided to move to a different spot. I would not recommend bringing your family here. Nothing against the people who work there! They were great.
