"The room was clean and decorated nicely. Bathroom was clean as well and had nice water pressure. The view of the lake from the room was amazing! The owner sent me a text message with the room # and code for the lock around 3 pm which was nice. I also left my charger in the room and the owner is nice enough to mail it back to me."

The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. "The stay was fine. We had an issue with Wifi codes. The instructions emailed to us stated a different code than the info binder in the house and was different than the small plaque in the kitchen. The one in the kitchen was correct. Those others need to be updated so it's not so confusing.The remote for the LR TV would not page to the right so it was difficult to get anywhere since all stations/icons were on to the right. "We LOVED our stay! The house was beautiful, clean and tidy! The host provided essentials at the house which we really appreciated. There were ample towels and they were excellent quality. The spaces were just beautiful and worked so well for our group get together. Thank you so very much!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this cottage on the lake. The house is well stocked with pantry items, pots and pans, dish ware and other comforts of home. We liked the thoughtfulness of items like puzzles, the Bluetooth speaker, kayaks, and the lake float. There are also lots of chairs to choose from outside. The beds were a little soft for our liking, but still comfortable. The house is well located for wineries and then some lake time (and no seaweed!). We would recommend this place ave return."
