"house was great, perfect for a big group with plenty of clean comfortable bedrooms and communal spaces. Tons of built-in activities in the house between the big backyard, the pool, and the game room. and communication with the host was clear and prompt. highly recommend!"

"The house itself was fine but the pool was unusable and not maintained. We were frequently promised it would be fixed each day but there was no maintenance done. Even going through support, there was no attempt to make things right and we were unable to use the pool during a hot summer weekend. (There aren't even any pool towels for use)"

"Great place with ample room for our large party of 15 to celebrate the holidays! Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Only opportunity for improvement would be to increase kitchen stock items (plates glasses bowls utensils etc) and add another bathroom. Thanks for a great stay! "

"Beautiful estate ou"

"The rooms were very uncomfortable and run down and dirty. Had bugs in a drawer of one room and poop smeared across the front of the bathroom sink in the other room. We left immediately and ended up booking our stay right then and there at another hotel. It cost us a financial loss to our weekend."

"Subject: Request for a Full Refund Due to Hotel Service Failures We were very excited about our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience and were forced to cancel our stay because the hotel was not properly operating. Here is what happened: 1. Serious staff shortage and delayed check-in I had already completed the early check-in online. The website said we only needed to pick up our room key when we arrived. However, when we arrived, there was a very long...

"Staff was not trained to use software at check in which made the process take 20 minutes per guest with incorrect rooms assigned. Rooms had luke warm water, breakfast was not stocked properly and had out of date items as well as poor tasting/old tasting coffees, juices, soured milk and water. rooms were in poor condition. bedding was dirty and stained on arrival, toilet flushed continuously all night. as well as moldy fixtures and aggressively dusty and sticky floors. would not recommend staying...

"The beds are super comfortable and the shades made the room dark at night hence we had amazing sleeps. Although we do bring our own pillows :) We didn’t use any amenities except I hung out in the lobby two mornings in a row. It was a little chilly every time someone went in or out but quite comfortable. This is a dog friendly hotel and there were so many little/medium sized dogs wandering around with their owners (always on leash) it was such a joy."

"Went for Halloween weekend it was very nice pool was nice as well there a Dunkin’ 3 min walking distance and a 7 min drive to tarry town it was wonderful"

"It was a really nice hotel to stay at for the weekend. It was very accommodating. If you didn’t wanna go out in town there was a restaurant and bar in the hotel. There was a spa in the hotel gym. It was great."

"The room is small and don’t have nothing! Only the bed, a chair and a tv. The bathroom very small too with some towels, toyle paper and two little soap."

"We loved our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were wonderful, but mostly, this is a gorgeous property! For such an historic property, it is so comfortable and beautiful! We wish we could have stayed longer!"
