"We were pleasantly surprised by this cozy apartment on the lake with incredible views of Lake Saratoga. The accommodations were perfect for a relaxing, much needed weekend away. It was just minutes from waterside dining and Saratoga Springs downtown and surrounding area attractions. We had a great time! Paul was so easy to communicate with and welcomed us warmly! The only downside is that the main road 9P is fast moving and great care needs to be given pulling in and out of the apartment...

"This home has it all… the size, the layout, and the location and proximity to the lake was excellent. Amazing views all day and especially at sunset were exceptional. The pool was terrific for gathering, cooling off and relaxing any time of the day. We also spent a lot of time out on the dock, fishing and using the available kayaks. We did come across some issues during our stay including some appliances not up to par and cleanliness during the stay for which the hosts were extremely...

"Site says desk open 24hrs. When arrived no one there. However, they nicely left an envelope with my name on it and directions to my room. At first glance we were happy. Then: -Opened fridge and an opened coke bottle was in there. -Pulled sheets up and there was a pen inside the sheets and hair all over the right side of the bed. -Shower pan black swirls Room wasn’t cleaned properly from prior guests."
