"This place was perfect. Very spacious, clean, beautiful backyard, and all the toiletries and kitchen supplies you could need. Definitely recommend for a big group. Host was super nice and communicative without being overbearing at all."

"When we arrived the Septic Tank alarm was going off. We called, the property manager came right away, and contacted the owner. Employees from a Septic Company came within a few hours and verified it was an alarm malfunction, and that there was nothing wrong with the tank or the pump. They fixed the alarm the next day. There was little disruption to our stay.We appreciated the response of the owner and the property manager."

"Beautiful spacious home allowing for individual privacy as well as space for our large group to eat dinner together and socialize. Property was clean and well maintained. Information was lacking regarding use of the security system, availability of pool and kitchen towels, availability of small kitchen appliances (coffee maker, blender...). Communication via text with the owner about these items was quick and complete. We were told the refrigerator had an ice machine however it was...

"Nice hotel near downtown Bennington. Room was clean and spacious and we had a balcony with a view of the property. Continental breakfast was also included and there is ample parking available. Check in process was not great, as rooms were not ready for 3pm. It was a holiday weekend and they were sold out, which led to the delay. The staff was friendly and did what they could to expedite the situation. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again."

"I felt a little abandoned by the manager because she had very limite hours when she was available. The was pleasant and responsive when we did see her, but . . . Bathroom was clean and all, but design didn't allow space for a woman to lay out makeup and personal items. Very limited. Beds were very comfortable. Glad to have frig and microwave."

"The bed was squishy. The foot of the bed was higher than the head. The mattress sagged in the center. Needed to put towels on floor because floor felt dirty. Room lighting was terrible, depressing."

"Very nice old school Vermont motor inn. Dated decor, but all clean and well maintained. Except the shower. The shower was clean, but even with only a few people in the motel getting consistent hot/cold water was difficult. Literally our only complaint. Very good location to downtown, too. Only about 4 1/2 miles from Bennington College if you are visiting."

"This property was fine for me, but it is definitely basic. The room was clean, but everything had an old, musty, basement-like smell. The towels and sheets looked laundered, but they had the same smell. The room exits to the outside, so it's pretty noisy. People sit outside to smoke, so you may have to deal with that. There are no amenities other than in-room coffee. Overall, it was fine. I would stay there again; just don't expect anything other than a place to sleep."
