"First of all, I never called Expedia but they billed me for staying at the Hampton Inn in Cazenovia $221. I only talked to one person about reservations there and they charged $650. Expedia reserved rooms that I never asked to have reserved and consequently didn’t go to. All the information was wrong and I have no use for Expedia anymore because they would not refund my money."

"Staff very nice, dinner and breakfast were good. Room was nice but toilet did not flush properly had to flush it multiple times for it to actually go down and the absolutely aweful air conditioner!!! Wall unit that made terribly loud noise every time it shut off . Kept my daughter awake all night! And at check out the office was closed, so we couldnt tell anyone ! No ice machine or ice on property. Would not recommend if you’re used to chain hotels with amenities and 24 hour staff to assist!...
