Good budget hotel. It was close to the concert venue I attended and is conviently located. Rooms are a bit dated but we're clean and beds were comfortable. Overall a good experience.

Overall, for the price probably like a 3.5 stars. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well in our room. However, the bathroom fan was so noisy we couldn’t use it and the top cover to the bedspread did have stains but of course I always take that right off anyway. We did not have a chain on our door and the back door to the hotel was always unlocked. They had at least 3 people on the cleaning crew in the morning that we saw. They do have free breakfast but pretty limited and the second day we didn’t get down there until 8:30am. and some things were not available for grab and go. This is a two story hotel and there is no elevator, so fyi. Staff were pleasant, abundance of parking. There is limited amount of eateries around the area, Burger King, a decent Mediterranean family restaurant that has a variety on their menu for most families. We are staying again in two weeks, so I will update if there was any inconsistencies. It was a 25 minute drive to Cortland, so convenient to reduce the price in hotels.

We went to this hotel because it was convenient for my husbands high school reunion. We had a great stay and there are several nice restaurants in the area to get breakfast and dinner. Everyone that worked there was very helpful with anything that we needed. We will stay there again.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I will say the back entrance could use some work it looks like at some point someone threw an egg at the wall by the stairs and it’s dried on the walls and the back door does not lock.

Very convenient location right off the highway but not loud. There is not too much locally for dining. However, Syracuse was only 20 minutes up the road in Cortland was only about 20 minutes.. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, but the site could use a facelift overall. Area was safe and staff very nice.

Comfortable for the night

The bed was comfortable with 4 pillows on king bed. There were plenty of towels. The water pressure was great with lots of hot water. We liked the room arrangement where the shower and toilet are separate from sink area. There was plenty of parking and the area was quiet. Complaints are the bathroom fan was very loud and the A/C unit didn't keep up. We like to sleep cold. We had it set at 66F and it did not get down to the temperature set. We were in room 117.
