"Check in was very painless and straightforward. The lobby was very nice and clean, as was the room. My only complaint was the pillows being too soft (but that’s just a personal preference), aside from that everything was great! Staff was very kind!"

"The room wasn’t the cleanest, the walls and even the lamp shades were dirty and the bedding had snags all over it, the pillows were small and uncomfortable. The door to the stand the microwave was in, fell off when I opened it (they should just be removed). There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang a towel or a toiletry bag. The water pressure and temperature were really good. Staff were friendly upon check in/out. The hotel was quiet. I didn’t eat breakfast, I did have coffee and that was decent. I probably wouldn’t return to this particular hotel. I can understand that it is older, However some updates are needed. "

"Room was clean. Room didn't close on its own & didn't realize it til we saw it was open. Just a crack. Drapes didn't close all the was. Used clip on hanger to close it shut. "
