"I have been staying in different hotels in Plattsburgh for a few years now. This was the first for this stay and I absolutely will be staying in this hotel moving forward. Parking conditions were excellent. The room was clean and smelled great. Bed was comfortable. The only thing that I feel did not get all stars was the shower. Evening staff was pleasant and friendly. Well done!"

"Nice stay my 2nd time staying Definitely clean enough no body clean behind dresser and things or under ottomans but the room was well appointmented bed sittings area bathroom all clean..indoor pool large game room like Dave and buster..plus perkins restaurant right in the building..located in a mall right of the 87..Great location."

"Lovely place. The check in process was great for being contactless. My room was super cute and had everything I needed. They did an amazing job renovating the rooms. It’s obvious the owners care based on the upgrades they chose. Rooms are very modern and I will say, the walls are a bit thin as I could hear my neighbors. Earplugs were sufficient. There are restaurants, gas stations, drug stores (and the airport) that are within walking distance. Definitely recommend and we will definitely...

"When I arrived the front desk clerk was slow and kept telling me one thing and doing another. Plus they apparently do a 100 dollar hold on your card when you stay there. NONE of which was told to me beforehand. I booked 2 rooms and instead of charging me one single price like most hotels do they charged me 2 seperate prices so they could tack on another 100 dollar hold. They were not very helpful or competent . Will never stay again"

"This was a beautiful spot right on the lake. We loved the fire pit, and we were able to quickly stop in town for groceries and make a delicious dinner in the kitchen. Being right across the street from a great ice cream shop was a bonus too!"

"We stayed at the LoZa house for my sons graduation weekend . The property is amazing . The lakeside views were fantastic and it was super clean. The host couldn't have been nicer. He checked in on us and even gave us a graduation gifts for my son ( his children helped make it which was real special ) . Its a great property with a great host ."
