"Very cozy and clean but needs to be rearranged for space and needs more places to put suitcases and things in bathroom have no room. Mirror isn't over sink and plug for hairdryer is really low. Ladder in middle of the room takes up too much space. Did have alot of ammenities for kitchen if needed."

"In town visiting family and to go to the March Madness games at KeyBank. This location was perfect for the 4 of us. Only about 20 minutes to get into the city. It is also located in an area on a quiet, safe street. It was so easy to get anywhere if you are going out and about, and has lots to offer near the house and only a minutes by car. "Checking in, staff said couldn’t find reservations and basically walked away and left us standing there after we showed them the reservation, receipt of payment and itinerary number. Thankfully a manager happened walk up, heard our frustration and found the reservation immediately. We had traveled from Texas to New York so we were fairly panicked. After the manager got us set up everything went smoothly. The hotel lobby is beautiful."

"Unfortunately, my experience was not good. The room was not clean, and there was a lot of noise from motorcycles outside during the early morning hours. There seemed to be no control over this situation. In addition, there was a constant noise in the bedroom, apparently coming from the air conditioning system, which was very uncomfortable. It was difficult to fall asleep and get a good night’s rest. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Overall a good hotel. The bathroom faucet was not bolted down and the faucet handle was very loose and just barely worked. The pump for the bathroom sink hand soap bottle didn't work. So some maintenance issues."

Airport shuttle was useful. Came out after rain to have car in the middle of 2-3 inches of water in the low ground area."

"When arrived they were 20 rooms in dirty status and no rooms available to accommodate us. We have booked two rooms with 2 double beds in each, but ended up staying in 1 double bed in each room all night. Inspite of have a proper reservation made ahead. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the reservation. We a refund or compensation for it."
