"This was a truly wonderful property. It exceeded our expectations in every respect. One note of warning: the roads are steep and windy with some hairpin turns as we drove around the island, and all wheel drive was essential. Also, the gate at the place opens and closes quite quickly, so we learned to have one of us get out and hold a foot in front of the sensor while our car was going through. To that end, we also strongly advise getting the rental insurance *without a deductible* because branches scratched the car once as we drove around the island and the gate scratched the car our first time through! Luckily, we had decided to get it. Lori, the host was super helpful with everything we needed, including a fishing charter. We hope to return to this beautiful place."
