"Very centrally located right in the heart of town. Restaurant was right at the water next to the marina full of beautiful yatchs. Also great view of houses on the hill"
"Great location! Beach access was so easy and beautiful water.
The staff was excellent. Especially Nicole at the front desk. She was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. She made our trip even better.
Only negative was the restaurant was closed the entire week we were there, which gave us limited dining at hotel.
But there were other places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner close by
The balcony was awesome with comfortsble hanging wicker chairs."
"Excellent marina for overnight stay. The room was very simple and a little bit rundown. It served the purpose of sleeping and boating during the day."
"Please understand this place have amazing views, however I reserved a room with a pool on the balcony. To my surprise, the pool was not active, nor was I notified at any point, I basically just had to find that out the gard way. There are many parts of this place that need upgrading but the view makes you forget it all!!!!"
"The location of the property was perfect. Our room had the most tranquil and exquisite view of the ocean and some of the surrounding islands. The gentle sound of the waves crashing was therapy for my ears. My husband and I truly enjoyed our time there. Thea was an incredible host. She resolved any issues that arose promptly. Thank you for an awesome experience."
"Absolutely amazing stay! From
Reservations to check in, Karen and Nigel were warm, efficient and helpful. The views are amazing, the terrace was a lovely spot for coffee, re-charging and a glass of wine in the evening. The space is airy and bright and the location between White and Great Bay can’t be beat. Very easy to walk down to the ferry or Great Bay.
We walked to White Bay quite often-it is definitely more challenging but we appreciated the opportunity to not have to work out while on...
"It’s what I expected..Everything is excellent..Clean room, towels clean, toiletries…It’s been a good 5 days stay for me at KE VILLA…
Keep up the good work guys especially the staff a the bar and restaurant there excellent….Thank you for everything.."
"This place has a lot of potential. Unfortunately our trip started on "the wrong foot". There was a water outage which was quickly dealt with (pipe burst). But we were told the water was back on in our unit but when we arrived after running around the island for the day, it was still off. It did get resolved.
I would say that for the price I paid, I was expecting good water pressure with hot water. I would call the water at best warm but did not get hot. Water pressure was less than...
"This place was absolutely amazing and we will most definitely be back. Our flight was delayed and communication through WA was constant and efficient. They waited for us for check in and booked us into the restaurant a bit later than their closing so we wouldn’t starve. The villa was spotless, the beds and pillows were the most comfy I’ve ever had in any hotel. We had a small issue with an AC which was swiftly remedied by admin. The went above and beyond every time. Maintenance staff was very...
