"The location was perfect and parking on site was great. Unfortunately we were in the front of the hotel and the noise from the street woke us ( we were on floor 9). Even numbered rooms are at the back of the hotel. The air con wouldn't go any lower than 18 and the room was too hot. Breakfast was great and staff were helpful."

The two staff members we dealt with were unhelpful and dismissive, and they did not take the time to properly listen to either myself or my colleague. The interaction became uncomfortable, as their tone and approach came across as unnecessarily aggressive. I would expect a much higher level of professionalism."

Yes there is a lot of furniture in the rooms and it is a little dated, but we managed to find space to accommodate both if our ebikes in the room with a little bit of shifting around. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again, this was our second visit."
