Outdoor pool doesn’t look like it’s been in use for years, filthy water probably built up rain water and rotten leaves in it. Inside hotel old fashioned but kept clean, large room but sealant around bath taps black in several place's. Staff friendly, didn’t use indoor pool so can’t comment on it. "We didn’t stay! The building was very rundown and communal areas were dirty and it had furniture stacked about the place and nothing like the pictures. The communal toilets were filthy. After walking down various corridors and through doors to access my room the pin code wouldn’t work. I went to find our friends and there was a used syringe on the stairs. "I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not maintained to an acceptable standard. There was mould on the ceiling, the carpet was dirty, and the fan did not work properly, making the room extremely hot. There was also an unpleasant smell throughout the room. In addition, there were not enough power sockets to charge devices, and the Wi-Fi did not work in the room at all. "The whole of the place said disaster to us. The staff were very rude. They also didn’t even give a smile. The cleaning of the room was absolutely terrible. The inside of the cupboards where you put your clothes were all drips of coffee the pigeons you couldn’t open the window as they were just sat outside watching when we asked for help nobody seemed to have a clue what was going on. "Awful.. Small boat visitors accommodation! This Awful place is like a hotel for immigrants, though they probably lost their licence due to it infringing their human welfare rights! They have squeezed as many rooms as possible in the space, with corridors like a rat run that you can barely walk through! Rooms are small smelly and hot, the toilets are in barely enough space to fit an average bum on? (no good for Americans) There is not enough water pressure for the shower to work.. And a shelf...

"I really liked this hotel, it was our second visit but, they completely messed up our dinner. We pre ordered the roast pork but, unfortunately they ran out! We ended up with ham, egg and chips which was laughable, the ham looked like thinly sliced spam, the egg was overcooked and we had a few oven chips! It was so bad we got up and walked out, which i have never done before and I’m 67! I have emailed the hotel but, no reply! We won’t be going back!"
