"This is a beautiful hotel & we loved the facilities the hotel had. The only downside is location. While it’s right near a train station making it easy to travel around, there is not much do around the hotel that is walking distance. For a family with teenage boys it would have been nice to have shops that were close by."

"Great location, staff was helpful. Love the convenience store open 24/7 and restaurants on the bottom floor as well."

"Sehr freundliches Personal, sauber und gute Lage."

"The hotel was great and the breakfast buffet was fantastic."

"Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, and they had an air purifier in the room. It was also near a lot of great neighboring cities."

"Hotel was extremely nice and service was wonderful , great location , excellent Staff made it a pleasure to visit . Will definitely be back and refer others"

"Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Large selections of both western and Asian foods. Staff was super friendly and helpful and they spoke English which helps significantly. On somewhat negative side, the Main tower rooms need updating!!"

"Great hotel with lots of benefits. Staff, facilities and breakfast and free shuttle bus to the Disneyland and amenities and location, everything was great. Highly recommended"

"The rooms are just right for space. The dining options are fine but maybe not necessary as there are plenty of options nearby. The use of the Sky Plaza is great. The beds are too firm as were the pillows so neck ache occurred with two of us."
