"My room was big but it has a very bad musky smell. There is a balcony but door is locked and no air circulation . I would not be able to stay longer than one night. Buffet dinner was ok but the dining hall felt like a school cafeteria. I missed breakfast since it ended early at 9 am. The only thing good was the private outdoor onzen I paid to reserve for 45 mins. I would not recommend it to anyone."

"Candeo Hotel is one of the newest hotels near Utsunomiya Station. There are many restaurants in the same building and so convenient to do anything. I will come back again!"

"Beautiful rooms, friendly staff. A bit far from the train station, shuttle service could be improved, but taxis are not too expensive"
