"Don't be deceived by the ongoing work to refurbish the property. Our room although a little dated was very spacious and clean with great views overlooking the River Thames. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room would benefit from having air conditioning.Food in the restaurant was freshly cooked. The wifi was very good. All in all good value for the money paid"

"Room was luxurious and lovely"

Her manager then came to assist her and did nothing to help the...

There is no public space you can hang out in within the hotel building. The price could not be beat, however. The fan for the bathroom was totally ineffective and...
