"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Riu Phuket. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever I needed anything. I found the hotel to be very clean and well maintained, and I really enjoyed the variety of food available. I was a little worried about the rain during my stay, but thankfully it didn’t stop me from enjoying my holiday. I had a great time and really enjoyed my experience at the hotel. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Riu...

"The room we had was perfect for us and my 2 kids. The property was great. The beach however was not really accessible because of high tides and rough waters. Also, the property has the ability to make more of the night life but chose not to. The roof top is really nice and it’s being wasted by not having any entertainment. The resort was nice and I would definitely stay there again."

"Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön, wir hatten ein riesengroßes Zimmer mit tollem Bad. Das Personal war unglaublich aufmerksam, am Pool gab es Handtücher, Getränke und es wurde Obst gereicht. Das Frühstück war sehr üppig, es gab alles was das Herz begehrte!!! Tolles Hotel, mit tollem Personal!!!"

"I apologize. I was there 7 days. My Sheets were changed once. I wasted a litte coffee on the Comforter and it remained there my Whole stay. Towels were not replaced. Coffee not replaced floors not mopped. They apparently thought their job was simply making my Bed. Really disappointed"
