"Good"

"Interactions with staff were always pleasant friendly, and helpful. Every area of the hotel was well conditioned and maintained. I checked in at another hotel about less than a mile away and was not as pleased with the hotel staff. We will recommend them to friends and family as well as look forward to returning in the future!"

"Only thing was the AC wasn’t strong enough"

"房間偏舊，有點霉味 發現兩隻小曱甴 有某幾個房型對街非常嘈 慸耳塞也不行 但人員服務可以的 酒店早餐尚可"

"Bathroom had mold… the floor in the room was tryna come up and bed wasn’t all that comfortable but they changed the bed everyday."

"Nice for the kids and one of the happiest place for them"

"Super helpful staff on reception. Room 3314 had a fabulous view and we had the best night's sleep. Perfect location using the city link train direct to the hotel. So good, we are staying again soon. Thank you."

"Excellent place with convenient location. The only drawback is the location to have breakfast we have to walk to the restaurant on other wing. It is appreciated if we can have it on the same site"

"Good all round"

"This hotel was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at, and the staff was the most helpful and courteous they went above and beyond"
