"Fridge not working in room, so they brought a new one Why could no one check the fridge was working prior to guest arrival Room service: ordered an 8 inch pizza, they delivered a 12 inch and it was awful Never have I eaten such a disgusting pizza The plug sockets at bedside were not working, the socket and USB port all not working. The room was clean, as it should be"
