"Understandable there will be noise across the street but we endured several days of EXTREMELY loud events at At&t including movies, drums, chanting, singing for several hours. It comes directly through windows. And let's not discuss the absolutely insane lock we found on our first room we were given that had what looked like bite and claw marks on it. "The room did not match the pictures online. The hotel was overall in desperate need of a renovation. We had to call three times to finally get them to bring extra towels. We asked for extra pillows on day one and we finally got them on day 3 of our stay. A picture fell off the wall in the middle of the night a hit my wife in the head. The weekend breakfast seemed like some microwaved items from Walmart. We will definitely not ever stay at this hotel again."

"Parking was valet only, 40.00 to park on the same property. Pool had cloudy water, didn’t get in. Let down the shade and couldn’t get it back up. Elevator doors had smudged all over inside of doors. I understand this is an older hotel but it can be better maintained. I didn’t even have a remote for the t.v. . "The hotel, overall, was very nice, clean and in a great location. A good breakfast buffet is available in the mornings. The only issue that I would mention was that the smoking out front of the main entrance was off-putting because it smelled really bad and it was quite egregious everyday that we were there. "I loved my week long stay at Club Quarters in downtown Houston. Sadly the awesome coffee machine in the lobby was broken for 6 of the days of my stay. The lobby was lovely and inviting. My room had a little kitchenette and was very comfortable. The location was great and the in house restaurant was excellent. I thought CQ was a great value and I will definitely stay here again!"

"The property was very clean and quiet. A little dark in the room, so more lightening recommended. The shower pressure was fine but the water doesn't get warm or hot. But other than my cold shower, I slept really well. The pillows are amazing and comfortable"
