"The music coming from the bar into the pool area was a bit loud. Both days there were groups of people with speakers playing loud music even tough those devices were allowed in the pool area. I guess this generation is not big on obeying rules and be mindful of others. Not really the hotel's fault."

"The restaurant they advertise has been closed for 2 years. We had no hot water, the room smelled.HorribleThere was someone's dirty clothes under our bed from the previous day.I understand it's an older hotel, but we've stayed older hotels before and never had this kind of experience for the money we paid.It should have been completely different , will not be returning"

"For a highly rated, highly priced beautiful hotel I was let down by of all things, the mattress. Our expectations were met 1000% until bedtime. We were unable to sleep on the hard mattress. It was like sleeping on a box spring. If I tried to lay on my side my hip hurt so bad I would end up on my back. I will never stay again after the lack of sleep even though the resort was amazing."

"I really wish I could have had something nice to say. The restaurants were mostly closed accept for one on the second floor. Bar service was great but the table service was horrid. It felt like they just didn’t care, out of several items and a very limited menu. They don’t even offer a cheese burger in paradise. Outside seating was filthy. The main restaurant was closed for our entire stay accept for our last night. The menu was even worse and the service unbelievably worse. Had to get up and...

"My ONLY complaint was at check-in. We are Omni members and I reached out ahead of time to let them know we were arriving at 11am. At check-in, they wanted to charge us an extra fee to have access to a room. Otherwise, we would have to wait until 4pm to check-in. That has not happened in my other Omni experiences. The pool was clean and has great views. The room was clean, beds were comfy, A/C worked great. Food was delicious. But, that initial check-in was a bummer."

"Very disappointed, I paid ahead of time to get a nice room get there and I get a different one. Small rooms"

"We enjoyed our stay"
