"No frills. Just a clean room with shower, microwave & fridge and coffee maker and TV. Air and heat individually controlled in the room. Good breakfast bar and ample parking at $10.00 . TV could get noisy from next room if occupants were careless with the volume. 2 Queen beds for a low cost."

"Finding the entrance was a bit challenging. The entrance to the parking area is not clearly visible so we drove around in a few circles looking for how to get to the hotel. Parking is also valet only (and quite expensive per night), not sure if that was disclosed when I initially booked? The room is VERY small, would stick to one person per room. If you have two people it may be worth the extra expense to find somewhere with a little more square feet (I couldn't even open my suitcase fully ). I don't feel like the size was emphasized enough on the website. The front desk workers and valet were very friendly and pleasant to interact with. Overall, a nice stay for a few nights."

"The staff at this hotel was top notch! We loved everything about our stay. The rooms were updated and spotless along with comfortable beds. We enjoyed a hot delicious breakfast each morning. There was no noise allowing for much rest and relaxation. We will definitely stay again."

"This hotel has it all! Great views, restaurants, pool with slide, trolley shuttle to downtown and the hotel itself has an interesting architecture. I was curious how the room would look with it being a round hotel, and they were super roomy. All around a great place to stay on a Gatlinburg trip. Oh, and I can’t forget to mention the warm cookies - delicious!! "
