"I wish l could live there! The decor was high end and magical. The elevator smells like cinnamon buns. The staff was top.notch. I don't see how you could stay there and be anything but joyful"

"The staff was very friendly and professional. Everything seemed to be clean and very nice. The couch and recliner was a bit uncomfortable but we didn’t spend a lot of time there so our stay was nice. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The balcony was very nice with a lovely view of the creek. We really enjoyed watching the geese hanging out near the creek as well. Also it was nice to be able to do our laundry before we left for home. Overall we enjoy our stay very much!"

"Great location. Free trolley shuttle to downtown running continuously with online tracker. We had a nice room with king size bed, and nice view overlooking downtown amd the mountains. Staff was very nice and helpful. Nothing wrong with this hotel at all that we knew off. Pool is nice and clean and even has water slide for kids."

"Great location- walking distance to the Gulch neighborhood, <2 miles to Broadway."

The front staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms were supplied daily by housekeeping, and the breakfast is great to start your day with! I will continue to stay here when it’s available. You can’t beat the price for what you receive. Friendly service and great rooms."

"Wonderful pool areas, good bar food, good free breakfast, clean rooms that are very spacious."

"Very clean!!! Staff were amazing and quick to help!!!"

"Staff had no idea what they should do with my oversized vehicle. They suggest I park in the oversized parking secured. Gave me a voucher for $10 for one day when my day was two days. The inside bathroom door hasn’t been cleaned and God knows when. The elevators are slow and not enough of them for the amount of rooms. No dishes for a breakfast today in a row eye and other guest had to go to the front desk to tell them to please bring some . Ran out of coffee. Had to tell the front desk to have...
