"Loved the quiet of the room and the property. Conveniently located to most points in the Smoky Mountains."

"Beautiful scenery, not as clean as I would have hoped, great space for the family"

"The watetpark was amazing!!"

"Great location!! Approximately 20minute walk to Broadway Street. Staff were helpful and friendly. Courtesy coffee etc. in the lobby. Snacks available for a very reasonable cost. Continental breakfast included with a great variety of choices - including omelette & pancake bars. The rooms were clean, updated and DAILY service provided. Lots of room at the pool area - umbrellas available. Security on site. If you're looking for a place with reasonable room rates I would highly recommend...

"The rooms were totally renovated and felt like new. Everything from the rooms to the pool area was spotless and clean. The breakfast was very good. The river behind the motel was very nice. We spent a lot of time there just watching the wildlife. It was very relaxing."

"Clean rooms"

"The only complaint we had was supper The buffet was not very good The breakfast was fine but supper it seemed nothing was fresh"

"I am concerned about the ratings and condition of your hotel. Upon arrival.. we pulled up and 1-2 off building was burned. Then parking was very tight mind you it is on side of mountain. Very misleading reviews and ratings for Expedia site. Disappointed."

We wanted balcony room facing The Island but didn’t see that option so we got a balcony facing the parkway. The only negative...

"Loved this hotel. We will be back soon"

"Petit déjeuner un peu moins variés que dans d’autres établissements de la chaîne; personnel très sympathique"

"Conveniently located near Gatlinburg's downtown shopping and dining venues."

"Everything was great! We will definitely be coming back for more!!!"
