"The Super King bed in room 730 was VERY hard and uncomfortable. The staff were informed and they brushed it off. We were told the manager would come and inspect and speak to us, he never did."

"Very spacious and centrally located."

"Clean room, friendly staff and the breakfast was immense 👌"

"Staff were amazing and very helpful for getting in and explaining where the unit was. Unit A1 and my sea view amazing."

"We were disappointed that the buffet breakfast was not available, we have always enjoyed the buffet. Perhaps it could be noted somewhere, no buffet Mondays?"

"The room and amenities were good, though the room was somewhat smaller than anticipated. The biggest problem was I arrived shortly after 9 pm after hotel reception had closed for the day or night. There weren't any keys or instructions for me, even though I had reserved a room. "Great park, staff were amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Room was clean and spacious"

"Clean rooms, nice and quiet. Although this may have been because I requested an upper floor. But that request was granted as was our request to check out at midday. The hotel was very accommodating and the staff very helpful. The only downside is that it is about a 15-20min walk to the centre of town, but we didn’t find that a major drawback and walked everywhere. I highly recommend this property."

"STAFF WAS FRIENDLY WAS CLEAN & CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. AND SPA POOL WAS LOVELY"

"The entire staff could not have been more accommodating and pleasant. They were great in communication before we left. It was a great location about 15 min walk from so many local points."

"The room was small but clean and comfortable. The basin was very small and the shower difficult to access but there was plenty of hot water. The microwave was too high for me to reach! There were very limited utensils in the kitchen and only a small benchtop oven. We enjoyed our stay and will know better what to expect in future."

"Very friendly good dark room to sleep"

"Very happy & would recommend"

"Big room for the price amd loved how there was sky television"

"It would have been a perfect 10/10 if there were good supply of body wash and a piece of hair dryer, the place was otherwise spacious and clean , comfortable bed and clean sheets ."
