"‏لقد كانت سكنى رائعة"

"I expected much better service from a Hilton property. After checking in, I was told my luggage would be delivered to my room shortly. Instead, I had to wait 8 hours before my bags finally arrived. This was completely unacceptable and caused a great deal of inconvenience, especially after a long journey. For our month long Moroccan holiday we decided to stay at quality Riads as they provide a reasonably authentic experience: our previous ones were great to terrific. This Riad is neither of those! We could go on for many lines in this review of the many frustrating times we endured here but we won’t because it might seem to many that such an establishment surely couldn’t be that...

"We had a large room with the the balcony and sea view. Room was in need of refurbishment but kept clean and tidy. Swimming pool was a great addition to the holiday and kept well maintained. Reception staff was very helpful."
