"The room is spacious and clean, that makes every morning at Taiwan refreshing. But what really impresses me is the polite and helpful staff. Though I stay in the hotel during peak seasons, the staff try to fulfil my request as much as possible. Strongly recommend!"

"Value for money. Walking from blue mrt and in heart of town area. Breakfast was very nice. Level 2 lounge is complimentary for the hotel guests- light snacks and tea/coffee after breakfast hours are over. Room is very comfortable and nice.helping and cordial staff. Overall great stay. "

"We throughly enjoyed every aspect of our nine days stay at Gtand Hyatt Taipei! The staff were personal, well trained and friendly. Special thank to Cafe assistant manager Paul Yu. We were being neglected by one of the server at dinner table, after h found out the circumstance , he immediately personally intervened to solve the issue in a very professional way. We’re impressed by his attentive and approachable attitude to handle the problem. He is a great asset to this hotel! "
