"Just avoid. Visit Bedugal for the day or research other options for accommodation."

"WE HAD THE BEST TIME. Honestly the nicest hotel we stayed at in Bali and we stayed at 3 total. Petra and Audi were so helpful! Made the stay very enjoyable. There is so much to do on property! I can’t wait to come back"

"Amazing location and good quality food at the resort. Very quiet and a very good spa"

"Always a great stay!"

"The property outside was so beautiful. The inside the room was cute, but strong mildew smell. The dehumidifier was really dirty. I cleaned it and turned on to remove dampness. I moved because closet outlet not working. Bed & pillows not comfortable. The people were truly kind and helpful. Restaurant not good at all skipped breakfast after eating dinner there night before. Also road was really busy and noisy. Overall good experience people so kind and friendly and helpful."

"The staff was very unhelpful. Starting with not helping with bags or anything else. If you wanted to order anything from the restaurant you had to walk to them as they didn't pay attention to you. The food including the breakfast was one of the worst i had in Bali on my three long visits. The room had a paper thin straw wall. I could hear my neighbor like he was in my room. The shower was nice. The pool was alright. The pool towels had stains on them. The yoga was extra charge. Overall...

It was horrendous to find, and communication was poor. But made up by the quality and tranquillity. On arrival the 24/7 security guard was expecting us and contacted the agents representative who lived close. he let us in without problem and checked us out the following day."

"Fantastic place for glamping. The huts was very modern, well designed and clean, with an authentic feeling if being in the middle of the jungle. It was a wonderful place to be remote in the jungle but still have the luxury of comfort. We even saw fireflies at night, which is a really good sign of how well they take care of the land. The food was also really good. Despite having a wonderful stay, there are two take aways to know before going. Which we wish we knew, to be more prepared: 1. My...
