"The rooms are roomy but dated. Bathroom is huge, but a terrible floor plan. Kitchen area big, but again, overdue for an overhaul. Staff was disinterested and the restaurant and bar did not honor the advertised hours, not even close."

"Awesome experience, quite impressed"

"Great"

"The manager was very helpful in getting us two rooms for our family of 5 nearby! Great location to many nearby restaurants. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Recommend socks or slippers for feet to be warm and comfortable. The floors are tile!"

"Friendly staff. Amazing hot breakfast and coffee. Large clean rooms. Close to business and restaurants"

"Staff was helpful"

"Wonderful, friendly & courteous owner. Clean, upgraded rooms that are nicely decorated, has an apartment size refrigerator & awesome mattresses & pillows. Everything you need is within 5 to 15 minutes - restaurants, liquor stores, Walmart, Shop Rite & gas stations. It's close to my family. Even though there are several motels in the area, I love this motel & I won't stay anywhere else. Plus, the price is great!"

"We didn't even stay the night."

"Wanted a rental for children and family, found out a week before my stay that the pool was not available, host was not responsive, could not reach host by phone. Was refunded and found a beautiful place in Sussex 6 miles away."

"Parking is bad"

"One of a kind bed and breakfast! An absolute pleasure staying here!"

"Parking close to rental. 2 sets of stairs to enter, first down then up. Not exceptionally easy for older persons. Kitchen appliances were in great condition and no problem. Beds comfortable. We had a wonderful time meeting our great great grand child."

"My friend and I stayed for a mini golf trip and everything worked out great!"

"Great place, would come back. Great host communication."

"This was a lovely rental and owner was very responsive. It was cute, very clean and stocked well with anything you would need."
