"Outside hall ways and stair wells weren't lit"

"I wasn't prepared for the desk-less check-in process, but once I figured it out, it was a great location. Just be sure to check your phone when you're arriving! The staff chat was responsive and the hotel was convenient to the downtown."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. I reserved two rooms when I booked, however the hotel told me they only had one room under my name even though I showed Mike at the front desk my reservation showing two rooms. He was incredibly rude, unempathetic, and just told me there was nothing he could do. Now the hotel and Expedia refuse to provide me a refund back to my credit card for services NOT PROVIDED."

"Everybody I was very helpful"

"Great hotel in an excellent location. Stayed twice on way to our destination and then returning home as well. Highly recommend!"

"It was only one night but the bathroom was so bad and the shower wasn’t even open"

"The staff was great, and room was very clean!"

"I had someone in the Williamsport Hospital this motel was very nearby. I appreciated the very reasonably priced room. I wasn't on vacation I simply needed a place to stay for a few days. The microwave and refrigerator also saved me money on eating out. I could stop at the nearby grocery store and get simple things to make in my room. The innkeepers were kind and considerate."
