"Good location and great staff."

"Had a fun stay here, my partner not so much. We took this trip to celebrate my birthday but my partner still had to work the WiFi would not work and he ended up getting in a lot of trouble with his job for not being able to work while we were here. Also found so many dead bugs around our room and in the bathtub for me that was the worst part. But outside of the bugs and WiFi we did enjoy our stay and the place."

"The Pool(s) were small based on the size of the resort. We were able to enjoy the outdoor pool. Seating was very limited. The elevator in the building was out of order and we were not informed of that. The room we were assigned we enjoyed. My reservation did say condominium and we passed those as we were assigned to a building. This is a newly Hilton acquired property and compared to other Hilton property stays I’m sure there will be plenty of updates."

"We loved: prompt check in, pool, hot tub, proximity of hotel to awesome restaurants, attractions, and shows. Unfortunately, we had several problems with our hotel room. Problems were: poor shower water pressure, shower head should be replaced, toilet tissue holder was not properly secured to the wall, air conditioner was so loud we had difficulty sleeping, and the bed was simply terrible. Bed had a pillow top mattress, but you could still feel the springs while trying to sleep, a new mattress...

"The hotel is amazing! The views of the lake are beautiful. It’s a classy hotel with a professional staff. The only complaint that I have is the constant 80’s music being played throughout the hotel. The music doesn’t match the class or vibe of this hotel. 80’s rock, pop culture music made the place feel like a cheaper brand and was out of place for this property."

"I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and how updated and quiet our room was. The staff was as perfect as they could possibly be every time I interacted with them, which was about 3 times during our 3 night stay. My only negative would be that it was really dark in the room in the evening/early morning, even with the lights on, especially near the closet area. "We chose this place due to the pictures of the outdoor pool, water park and pool deck with open-air bar. We were looking forward to lots of sunshine and downtime. Our 13 & 17 yr-old did enjoy the waterslide for a short period of time. My husband and I tried to get in the main pool to cool off, but it was infested with small kids splashing around, yelling, screaming and carrying on. "The staff is extremely welcoming and nice, and the property is clean. Our key cards deactivated at least once a day, which was annoying, but the staff took care of it quickly. Breakfast was good each morning. We traveled with our puppy, but we were placed about as far from the green space as possible, so this was tricky."
