"Das kleine Hotel liegt in der Altstadt von Valle de Bravo und ist in einem hübschen Kolonialstil gebaut. Vom oberen, geräumigen Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Im Patio wird auf Wunsch ein Frühstück serviert. In der Weihnachtszeit ist der Ort allerdings sehr voll und das Hotel konnte wegen Straßensperrungen nicht angefahren werden. Leider konnte uns die Rezeptionistin nicht helfen und wir haben sehr viel Zeit verloren."

Nos enviaron a otro hotel, pero con una sola cama cuando habiamos solicitado 2 dobles. Finalmente nos solucnaron enviandonos a un tercer hotel. Es remarcable dicir que a pesar de este problema, las personas a cargo se mostraron siempre sumamente amables y dispuestas a solucionar. "
