"The staff went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. The rooms were extremely clean, equipped with plenty of towels, bedding, mini bar items and essentials. The staff at the spa was phenomenal and helpful in accommodating our requests. The restaurant on premises had scrumptious food and the bar staff super friendly. Overall a fantastic stay and would recommend for family or solo traveler."

"We arrived in the middle of the night to CDMX and we really appreciated the easy check-in experience, the ability to get to the hotel via the pedway from the train station attached to the second level of the airport, and a lovely breakfast which got us on our feet and ready to head out and explore CDMX. "The location is great, everything is accessible and the staff are courteous. The receptionist took a very long time to get us register. The rooms need some remodeling to go with the building. I wish there was more space in the lobby to hang out and enjoy a coffee. In the mornings was very crowded and difficult to walk out. The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive but it was good."
