"Lovely stay! Helpful staff! Only one person (female bartender) seemed to be having a bad day! She was on her phone when I approached, and proceeded to fling things around as she made our drinks. I didn't let it spoil my time in the pool, but the energy was definitely different than anyone else at the property!! My husband and I loved the bungalow on the beach!"

It should be known that even though they take you to Placencia village at specific times you can call them to be a taxi as well and save money over the price of a regular taxi. Good food"

"We had an incredible stay here. The pools were beautiful and well kept. Food was good, of course pricier than local options but still fairly priced and fresh. The landscaping and grounds and boardwalk were a dream though. Amazing work they have done here. It has to be decades of tending and pruning. The property manager was able to help us with our tour plans as well. We found cave tubing and ziplining through her connection to be cheaper than booking online."

"Check in and the room was great We drove in so we had our car there, I was afraid I’d get a flat tire so my niece and I each picked up a handful of long screws and nails on the driveway, we left them on the step close by our room, the maintenance guys saw us put them there they did nothing about it. "The staffing was amazing, after 5 days and multiple others coming to the resort they still knew myself and my wife by our names. The event staffing were great along with the tour guides, they helped with so much in the planning and all the supplies needed for our snorkeling trips. The food and drinks were amazing and I would highly recommend the resort to anybody! We stayed in the beginning of June which is normally the rain season but we had amazing weather!"
