"On arrival, the check-in staff were not very friendly and did not guide us correctly to our rooms. We felt we were not as well treated as we could have been, and felt somewhat disappointed with our check-in service. The room we were allocated had a sea view and a balcony. Unfortunately, there was construction right outside our room, obstructing some of the sea view and it was noisy from 7 am in the morning. We did receive appropriate compensation, but felt it best to give an honest review, as...

"Pool not functioning"

"Muy bonito hotel"

"El Hotel está muy bien ubicado , es muy bonito y limpio , ( El spa no estaba en funcionamiento 😕) Está justo frente al mar y se ve el atardecer maravilloso…. El desayuno bueno …"

"Excellent hotel with lovely spa, pool, rooms, foyer and beach. Walk into Makarska takes about 20 mins with lots of bars and restaurants on the way, some quite tacky. Beach access is easy to roped off area away from watersports. Good choice of Excellent food from the buffet, although some hot dishes could be warmer. Rooftop terrace bar is incredible with spectacular views over the bay towards Brac and Hvar. Would definitely return."

"Loved the rooftop pool and the free parking and breakfast. The room was a little dirty when I checked in - hair on the bathroom floor and next to the bed."

"We were informed at check in that it has “4 star Croatian rating” which doesn’t even come close to an American three star hotel. Breakfast is very average with limited options It is located on the main road without any space to pull in to unload the luggage. You have to pull up onto the curb to load and unload luggage Parking is in a narrow alleyway in the back Cannot regulate temperature in the room -only the front desk can do that. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, as...

"I loved my visit! The staff were welcoming, friendly, professional, and very accommodating! I travel alone and had the most amazing time."

"Best place to stay"

"Views were stunning….staff were very friendly, food was great… found things a little crowded around the pool but really wasn’t a problem. Wish we had some tunes around the pool and this was a request from the others we spoke too."
