"Great rooms,staff are very polite and friendly. Dislike, the breakfast could have been hotter but I've been assured that new warming plates are being ordered. Maybe the introduction of bacon....we left before, 7am to catch our flight.so missed out on breakfast, staff don't start until 7.30 am. No night porter /reception, for a 4 star boutique hotel not that professional."

"Despite several hiccups during our 7 night stay, the hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is super clean and they have a nice aromatic scent throughout the lobby that you can actually smell even before you get into the building. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Serving such things as fried eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash brown potatoes, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, fresh veggies, sauteed mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, deli meat and cheese, ...

"I received a message from the property owner that check-in was only available between 4 PM and 7 PM. Unfortunately, this posed a challenge for me, as I had a business dinner scheduled for 7:30 PM. Additionally, the property’s listing mentioned a complimentary shuttle service available 24/7, which I later found was not the case. As a result, I had to arrange for an Uber at my own expense. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I believe it could be improved for future guests....

"Door opens directly on a major highway--it was the noisiest place I have ever slept. My husband's room had an ant infestation in the bathroom. I booked a room for 3 people and it had only 1 king bed for all of them."

"The room was clean and large. The check in process is messy with using what’s app instead of having a live person."

"Just a one night stay for me so didn't need much. Arrived very late so thankful communication re check in was clear and all worked well. Once this place may have included breakfast but not during my stay. Did feel like i was in someones home which made for a comfortable stay for a good nights sleep. "

"1. No lift for 2nd floor units, narrow stairs to carry heavy luggage. 2. Too narrow doors to move freely in and out of rooms 3. First two nights Airconditioning was controlled by the owner and it was put to off or not working, suffered in heat after heated email/text , they switched it ON. 4. Breakfast has very specific timings per room , need to visit only in that 30 min window for breakfast. 5. Near to Airport, and near by general shops and bustop. I will not recommend this place to anyone,...

"Perfect for our needs - scenic bayside location, fully self contained, spacious with a roof-terrace perfect for a summer evening or morning. Aircon makes the living area comfortable for all seasons. We had great communication with the host and a thoughtful welcome package made for a very pleasant stay. The property was incorrectly located on VRBO but hopefully this will be sorted. Bus service to Valletta is convenient and goes every 20 minutes. If you appreciate being away from the busy tourist...

"The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a good view overlooking the bay. Only slight negative was the breakfast was a little limited (same everyday). But there was never any shortage of it. Coffee and tea (numerous types) good."

"Great space to stay at and room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast served on time every morning in the room and was delicious, great options available to suit everyone. Staff were great and full of information and very helpful when you needed anything. Pool outside was good to have as well, cool you down after a day of exploring in the Malta heat. "Fabulous accommodation for a short stay. This room doesn’t have windows so only suitable if you’re intending to be out and about most of the day. Really easy to follow emailed instructions on entry to the property and access to your room. Offers breakfast but I didn’t require this and there’s plenty of small convenience stores in walking distance. Would definitely use again"
