"Friendly staff . Has lockers for luggages since we arrived early prior to check in time . A weighing scale for the luggages which is a plus for shoppers while on vacation"

"Perfect location. The executive tower is well maintained and rooms were very spacious. The staff are super helpful. Check in to check out - everything was good."

"The staff were very nice, room was reasonably clean and quiet."

"Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was basic but good. Well located near city hall station, restaurants and convenience stores."

"No tienen servicio a cuarto"

"Very convenient location"

"Ideally situated near the subway, with excellent airport limousine stops, the hotel is clean and convenient. There are copious amounts of eateries and the nearby side streets were my fave! Lively in a real lived in way vs the tourist hustle and bustle of Hongdae et al. It's 20 minutes or so to Hongdae, so not too considering the location."

"Very disappointing experience. The room was extremely small with barely enough space for a standard suitcase and no proper place for clothes. I was also overcharged for early check-in. The view was awful, the staff were not welcoming, and the location was far from the main attractions. Several gym machines were not working. The laundry was fine, but overall, I would not stay here again."

"Great Experience"

"Great all round"
