The hotel is in a great location—just a 6-minute walk to the train station and the Myeongdong area. The nights were quiet, and I slept very well. "The AC in the room kept it at the cooler temperature I like at night. The drinks and food in the lobby restaurant/bar were very good, but I would have liked a rooftop bar with a view - similar to the 81st floor bar in the hotel across the street. The restaurants on the 11th floor of the Lotte Dept. store provided several reasonably-priced options for dining. It was convenient having 3 phones in the room. There was a gap between the bottom of the entrance door to the room and the carpet, so...

"Room temp control was not working even after switching the room. The USB charge port did not work in the room and in the switched room too. Bad smell in the room, which caused me to ask for a room change. The new room fixed the odor problem. Overall, the hotel need renovation as things look pale and old. Definitely not a 5-star. "
