"Very friendly staff and very accommodating"

"One of the best 5 star hotels I've stayed at. Beautiful property, great amenities, restaurants had great food and the staff and guest service were simply the best."

"The rooms could have been cleaner.Toiletries and tea coffee satchets were not there and had to be asked for.Staff however at the front desk were very helpful."

"Exelent service"

"We stayed in room 616. This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work. However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large. The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. "kinda and attentive staff. stayed at the beachfront suite. note that photos appear much nicer than what is available - rooms and bathrooms aren’t as luxurious as one expects for the price charged."

"The room was clean . The staff was helpful n couteous . Breakfast spread was great . Overall a good stay ."

"We could not use the pickleball court as it was under maintenance, which I can understand. But if it is not going to be available then it needs tobe communicated before we book the property, as we do pay for such amenities as well"

"The staff and food are great. Rooms were kept clean and are well looked after. The spa is very good and well priced."

"Clean room witch nice paddyfield view from balcony. Very nice swimming pool and friendly staff. Food options are nice also. Short beach walk to Colva and clean beach."

"Everything about this place from check in to check out was amazing. The check in was seamless, the staff is extremely courteous and responsive. The two onsite restaurants are wonderful. The infinity pool and bar is perfect. We also got massages at the spa and Becky and Raziya were so professional. Valencia and the hotel staff were also wonderful. Highly recommend."

"clean , properly, friendly staff ( thx Pranjali and Rashmi ). best thing is direct access to beach. Overall good stay. excellent pool facility. Not marking as excellent since Food was big disappointment. please be ready to have alternative nearby arrangements ."

"Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic. Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️"
