"Clean room great views awesome views"

"Would definitely stay here again."

"The room had roaches. I asked him to come and clean or spray no one ever did.!! I asked for blankets. Never got them.!! The door handles on the doors were broken and it would lock you out of your room. I asked them to fix them. They never came. They said since I booked through Expedia, they couldn’t give me any accommodation for that they could feed me breakfast. That was all they could do. Unfortunately, I had already ate breakfast. When I first got there, they sent me to the wrong tower in the...

"The rooms are looking dingy and definitely need a refresh. The people around us were smoking on their balconies even though it’s a smoke free hotel. They also had no reason to put us right next to other families when the hotel was pretty empty. The doors need a damper as they SLAM when they’re not held and that was constant with our “neighbors”. We go off season because it’s usually quiet and relaxing, but not so much this time."

"Room was clean and the staff were friendly. Very nice view but the beach and sand is not that very nice."

We loved everything else about the Caribbean resort, the pools and the lazy rivers and the location at the end of the "strip." We'd stay at the resort again, just in the Cayman...

"The resort was great for my one night stay! The staff was friendly & the room was clean! The breakfast buffet & restaurant had great food options! I got a great price for my stay & the resort kept in contact with me—confirming my reservation. I did not use the water park but it was open with many families enjoying it. I will definitely be back!"

"Nice spot for nearby restaurants/ bar & grills!"

"Very nice place. Great staff. We accidentally came on bike week, it was ok except they tried their best to occupy the whole 1st floor parking, which i can understand, but their money isn't any different from mine, so I'm pissed em off and parked down there anyway. The receptionist when we first arrived tried to tell us we couldn't, but again, it's not against any rules and I don't like being told where to park my car and I'm handicapped. So the only complaint i have is the receptionist trying to...
