"Good size room (King), very good breakfast choice. One improvement I would wish for is a full coffee machine in reception because you have to wait for breakfast which is 7am on a weekend. I am happy for a payable machine not asking for free but I had to wait 1 hour"

"Large recently upgraded hotel great facilities. Clean. Car parking a problem no doubt because many event rooms all packed on saturday night. Bath ouldnt be emptied as drain lifter broken , reported. Really good breakfast. Lovley large room."

"Good afternoon , Well it is for me now I’m home ! I cannot believe the complete disruption caused and the uncaring receptionists you have at your hotel ! Where to start! The dogs in the carpark yapped and barked all night which I reported early Fri eve it started early and continues. "A room with a bath, that was the ultimate so we will return in the future"

"The room was clean, we had an issue with one of the beds and reported the following morning, had the room changed. Food was great. Staff really friendly and helpful. Great place to stay"

"Great sauna/ steam room. Free parking appreciated and close to reception. Comfortable bed and large grounds. Proved to be excellent value with no extra charge for leisure facilities."

"Beautiful!"

"The breakfast was very poor. We got down for breakfast around 9am and there was nothing useful left to eat. We raised this with the staff and they confirmed, despite a cold breakfast offering, they ran out of pastries. Only 1 pot of yoghurt was left for a family of 3, handful of slices of bread, we had to request hot water for Tea (can’t be that cold of a breakfast!), the juice ran out and only 1 apple was left. It was really dire. The reception staff are in a room behind the front desk, you...

"I highly recommend this hotel. It was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Great distance from Birmingham airport."

"Everything was just as described in the photos and description. The host was lovely. The beds were comfortable, the room clean, the shower fantastic. It's as close to the University of Warwick as you can get. Rideshare was no problem, bus was a few minutes of a walk away. We highly recommend."

"Clean and renovated room the staff are friendly and the hotel is quite also very close to city center "

"Good place"

"The rooms were spacious, quiet - the housekeeping did a fantastic job Iustina and George at the restaurant/bar very helpful centrally located super close to the train station. It’s a shame the restaurant closes the kitchen at 9 but other than that all was great !"

"The place was polluted with English filth."

"As expected for the price and convenience. bed comfortable, though i id take my own pillow. most hotel pillows too soft. was what i needed for a business stay, with food hall near by."

"Dirty room, not up to Doubletree standard."
