"Todo en gusto es un excelente hotel los parques están incluidos la transportación buenisimas , el mejor hotel"

"The hotel was amazing and exceded our expectations. I go to cancun multiple times a year and this was by far my favorite resort I’ve ever been to."

"It was a good experience"

"The room was amazing, the service was excellent. The staff were very attentive, all the food was great! The ocean view was breathtaking!"

"This was by far the worst experience I’ve had during all my visits to Mexico. From the moment I arrived, I was extremely disappointed. The hotel’s exterior looks completely neglected and poorly maintained, with a noticeable lack of attention to detail and aesthetics. In my opinion, it does not come close to the standards you would expect from a hotel in this category. The pool area was just as disappointing. The pool itself appeared poorly maintained, with visibly dirty and stained walls,...

"We chose Barceló Palace to celebrate my big birthday & anniversary, but this trip fell far short for the price we paid. The property is beautiful, but the service was extremely disappointing. The Spanish-speaking & local guests received warmer treatment. Reception/concierge provided no information about the restaurants, amenities, activities, or shows, we were simply pointed to QR codes and sent away. How can guests enjoy what the resort offers if no one tells them about it? The resort is...

"The property was beautiful! The room after day three had an overwhelming smell of mold and moisture. The staff was amazing and very attentive. The restaurants were ok not a five star experience at all. The food was just average and that was very disappointing as the reviews that I had read were favorable regarding the food selection."

"Amazing resort"

"Fantastic resort. Very clean. Friendly staff. Fabulous food. Highly recommend this place for your next vacation"

"The food is very good, especially the lunch time popup at the Oceana. The tacos are not to be missed. The lunch time wood fired pizza over to great too. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise in Himatsu and the steak at the steakhouse. The baked potatoes were way under done. 5 The pools were great. The beach and snorkeling was fantastic. The cocktails were amazing. We are definitely going back."

"Beautiful property. Clean pools. Great food. Great staff and friendly service. Worth the wait."
