"Arrived around one oclock and inquired about checking in early, lady at the front desk seemed put off at such a request and didn't even consider the possibility."

"Filthy, fleas in bed. This was the filthiest place I've ever tried to stay in. Main motel area and courtyard look nice. The pink Pelican room I was given was unacceptable. Layers of dust and dirt on every surface. Completely misrepresented in the description. Upon check-in, I was charged the full amount for my weeklong trip, then issued the key (without ability to see room first). The images showed cute little rooms with kitchen supplies like a coffeemaker and other necessary items. In...

"Diamond inn the rough! Our room, the Palms was beautifully designed and decorated. Peaceful place that makes you feel your in a small Italian oasis. Really nice springs. We are coming back often."

"Staff was helpful & friendly. Room had a slight smell of "dog", Breakfast was excellent and breakfast dining staff lady very friendly!"

"Elevators were broken."

"Although sparse room was neat clean and we enjoyed our stay . Would stay there again"

"Looking forward to staying again. The drive was a little more than I expected but not terrible. Just not a heights person😂😁"

"It's an older but well-maintained property, with ambiance a bit like an older hunting lodge - though the torrential rains did cause some building issues for them. There's communication issues between them and Expedia; check-in is expected by 4 pm, otherwise have to call directly - and the listed "minifridge" and "microwave" amenities are actually in a common kitchen area. A bit awkward, but the staff is quite accommodating. If you admire cactus and native flowering plants, the grounds are...

"I stayed with my family. Over night because my son and daughter in law went to concert. So we stayed there. The hotel was so quiet specially for a Saturday night. The room where so clean. The bed was so comfy as soon as I layed down I was out. And then breakfast this morning was great. We usually don't do hotel breakfast we go and get it somewhere else. But it was filling and amazing"

"Stayed here for one night in the way to visit the Very Large Array. Room was reasonably priced, clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a short stay. It was very quiet, I did not see any other guests while we were there. Breakfast was included and available, but a very limited choice of cereal, yogurt and waffles, possibly because it was so quiet. Free parking was available on site. A convenient place to stay overnight."

"Buen descanso"

"This was amazingly bad. The coffee cups were obviously dirty with dried residue in the bottom, and one of the towels was wet and stained—looking like it had been used to wipe the floor, folded, and put right back on the rack. The price wasn't even low. I don't mind staying at historic, drive-in style motels, but this was worse than camping because it was simply filthy. I can guarantee we will not be staying here again."

"The camp host, Jessica, was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean when we arrived and was comfortable to stay in once it cooled down. The hot springs were easy to use and filled up fast!"
