"I booked this hotel for my father’s birthday getaway. The hotel staff did a great job with making my father’s stay a great one. They worked well with setting up the room with refreshments before my dad arrived. Will book again, great for kids."

"Good for only sleeping"

"Would recommend upgrades for the price and brand name."

"The Metro Hotel was a great place to stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, with several restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient for both dining and exploring the area. For the price point, the Metro Hotel offers excellent value and is a solid option for travelers looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location."

"Wonderful restful place. Great breakfast everyday with the room"

"Felt like home, just wish the internet was stable"

"The rooms are really clean the sheets have a few stains but you can tell it’s from the dryer staff are nice only issue is reception closes at midnight and if you don’t stock up on water for the night before they leave you will have to wait until morning, or risk going outside at night to find it."

"Great breakfast, rooms very clean and staff friendly."

"Location for us was great as it was close to the airport and the conference facility. However, it is far from Freetown (2h each way). Rooms are very smelly and moldy which made me sick. I had no hot water for 3 days. I complained about it, but to no avail. I ended up moving my flight and leaving one day early because I could not stay there any longer, being worried about the impact of the mold on my health. I did not get reimbursed for my last night. Luckily the hotel had a restaurant and...

"I will not recommend it to anyone. The place was awful, no clean towels or toilet paper. The WiFi was terrible. What u see on the internet is not what u see in person, regarding the aesthetic of the place. Staff never check the rooms to clean while I was there."

"Pros: Constant electricity Accessibility to other amenities on the famous Aberdeen beach coast Cons: The bedroom TV was without internet Twice I reported it to the receptionist: he promised to get it fixed on both occasions but no . They forgot to refill the bathing soap dispenser They need to pay more attention to the bedding as well. Overall I give them an average grading as the place is undergoing some sort of maintenance."

"The room space is spacious and spotless. Smell fresh and welcoming. My only concern is that management leave shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom. "

"The service was excellent. The rooms are cleaned every day by very attentive staff. Ask for anything - you get it within 5 mins. The Operations Manager Sunil is very pleasant and responds quickly. I would give Sunil and the staff an A . The variety of food at the restaurant was ok. One area for improvement is the gardens around the chalets. At the time we went they were a little unkempt. I think we went in the slow season. This however did not take away from our fun."

"Great staff. Best airport transfer of trip. Not over-crowded. Shiva is great if you like dogs."

"Faulty air conditioning, shoddy room. Moved to another hotel after 2 days"
