"We had a terrible stay at this hotel and had to leave a day early. The road way to the hotel is appalling and full of pot holes. On arrival at reception the receptionist was pleasant, we then got to our room, even before entering you were hit by the smell of damp and mould, we entered the room and straight away had to open windows because of the smell. We then had to kill numerous spiders and upon looking in the bathroom we were greeted by mould around the bath and on the light fitting, the tv...

"Absolutely adored our stay here! Me, my mother, my niece and nephew had such a blast and the staff were super helpful AND friendly! If I ever come to Telford again, I will book for a longer stay ^_^"
