"They kept my luggage after checking out. The staff who handled my luggage was very helpful. She said she can speak 6 languages. Impressive. I booked a very high floor. However, the room was small, not made for enjoying a view. Lower level floors should be good enough."

"Everything is good, good breakfast buffet, clean guest room and clean air-conditioned air while our stay. However, the hotel might need to look into the air-conditioning system to"

"Amazing hotel!"

"10/10, will be staying here again for future visits. Staff was very helpful and polite, the property was clean and well maintained."

"All excellent, and the front desk people are the best. Thanks"

"Wonderful hotel! Very clean rooms. Loved the rooftop bars and restaurants."

"Très bon emplacement, chambre et salle de bains de bonne taille pour le Japon. Atmosphère très agréable, je recommande !"

"great property, close to 7/11 and public transport but it was a long train trip away from the heart of Osaka"

"客室、レストラン 良かったです 花火の日でチェックインが遅くなってしまいバーがちょっと早く閉まるのが残念 フロントの方割引チケット使えないのに渡さなくて良かったんじゃないかなと思いました"

"Very nice staff and facility."

"Such an incredible hotel. Delicious breakfast, delicious cocktails with views over the city on the roof top bar, with live DJ and free beer each day"

"This was by far the nicest hotel we’ve stayed in. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is super nice. My husband and I liked that the shower is detached from the bath tub and perfectly enclosed. We had three luggages that we sent to our next hotel and the transition was very smooth. The staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was also great. Complimentary coffee was awesome, it is Starbucks with good choices. Would recommend this hotel. When we come back we would definitely stay here...

"The hotel itself is great -- lovely, helpful staff and good amenities. There are many places to eat and/or drink nearby. The central location works well for getting around Osaka, but he neon-lit, perpetually crowded mall surrounding the hotel is not a restful or relaxing experience -- great if you don't mind full on sensory overlload."
