"The hotel was very pretty. It had ponds with fish and was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was clean and accessible. Staff at the restaurant was very friendly. Food was soooo good! We just didn’t like that there were no elevators and had to carry our luggage to second floor."

"The evening reception was a nice touch along with the delicious spread at breakfast. The room was large and very clean. Strongly recommend."

"Very nice people and place very accommodating"

"Nice rooms once you get into them. And do not look for the request for being next to each other something that will happen. Place was truly great but their checkin is iffy."

"The Comfort Inn on Mistletoe in Redding is very economical. It has pretty average accommodations. It was reasonably quiet. If you are on the road and just need a place to sleep for 8 hours- it accomplishes that with not too many frills."

"Clean, safe good price. No elevator so if your on the second floor there are stairs to climb. Beds were comfortable. Shower wasn’t great had to run the water for a long time before I got hot I almost gave up but it did eventually run hot. Free breakfast no protein like eggs or yogurt."

"Though just 1 mile off the interstate, we felt like we were way off the path, surrounded by forest. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. The staff was very accommodating, especially since we had flight and traffic delays that delayed our arrival time past our expected arrival time."

"Hotel was just OK for quick layover while traveling. Hotel looks very dated. Mold on the wall in room 215."

"We've been staying here over the past 5 years because it was convenient (Big Bike Weekend). The place is rundown and needs a complete overhaul. They're in the middle of some upgrades as it's going to be part of the Marriot group soon. The restaurant/bar was always a great place to hangout Fri & Sat with live music, dancing, etc. No more of that now and it's only open on a very limited basis. It's time to move on."

"Nice hotel. Nice people who work there. The new apple tv was not working most of the time but they were working on it. The hot tub was hot but the jets didnt work. The restaurant attached was great, the breakfast is the best ive seen at any best western across the country. I would stay there again for sure."

"It was a nice hotel but not worth the price. I would like to make a few suggestions. The room cost $500.00 a night and underneath the couch cushions they were pretty badly stained get new cushions or wash stains out. The room was not what we expected for the price. We expected more for that price. We just stayed the night before at the Oxford in Redding, Ca and paid about $200.00 and it was not much different than the Sheraton's $500.00 a night room. Room service for breakfast was nice. The...

"Every single planter/non-paved area was full of dog poop. I’m convinced that nobody has ever picked up the poop at this ”dog friendly” hotel in the entirety of its existence. The room I stayed in was ugly, there was dirt in the corners of the floor in the main room and the bathroom, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, it was a really crappy place altogether. It was just a one night stopover for me, but if I had planned a longer stay I would have definitely left and found somewhere better!"

"Very clean with freshly updated furnishings. Right in the middle of downtown, so a great location."

"I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn in Redding! Everything was great, and I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Redding!"
