"Well maintained clean rooms, close to everything. Rooms were very quiet except for base beat penitrating till early hours. Breakfast was good. Staff by distribution was supposed to have excellent english but everything had to be done by translation. Still very helpful. Great laundry facilities."

"Excellent- especially Joyce who was wonderful, making our stay fabulous"

"Perfect! Thank you!!"

"It was not to Sofitel standards, I was expecting more, cleaner room and better food. Only hotel in our China visit that charged us for in room water bottles! And initial deposit was more than our room fee! For foreigners this is not good, as double exchanges rates on credit cards charges a lot."

"The location of hotel is good. However, the picture of this hotel in the website is so different that the actual hotel itself. It’s in a small alley and outside looks dated. However , the lobby and rooms are modern and good condition. One thing that bothers me the most is the wall is very thin, you can hear everything from your neighbor, like TV sound, snoring , talking ..,. Etc."

"Super clean and practical room. Very spacious. Drop off and pick up from the front of the property are super easy as it’s a corner property. Close to everything you want to see in XIAN."

"So close to Bell & drum towers / Muslim district. One of the best hot pot places in town is directly across the way. Breakfast was very good & all the staff was super friendly."

"Communication with the hotel is an issue. Before the trip, I texted the hotel twice. But without a response. I asked Expedia to contact the hotel. It ended up going nowhere since the person answered the phone had difficulty in another language. It is a little surprise for a major international chain."

"The reason why we picked this hotel was due to the location and it did not fail. This hotel is located conveniently near restaurants and the Muslim quarters. The staff at the hotel was very professional and kind, even with the language barrier. We used a translator app with no issues. We picked a two bed room and we were given the room with a kids play area (traveling with no kids). We didn’t mind at all. We cared about the space and the cleanliness. Which this hotel was perfect for that. The...
