"Clean room staff useful spa exselent"

"The staff is so friendly and made my birthday celebration happier. They were very helpful in adjusting our different check-in schedules and providing us with useful information, mainly regarding public transport. The breakfast was good, but it was the same everyday. So I’d be happier to see more fruits. Their Spa area is wonderful and private, providing us to start the birthday celebration sooner."

"Location of hotel is great*. Staff was wonderful. Room was a good size for 1, probably also comfortable for 2. Black out drapes worked well. Bed was a little firmer than I would like but that's just my preference, nothing was wrong with it. Shower had decent water pressure. The hair dryer provided was pretty weak though. Rules in the welcome book says no food delivery allowed but the hotel is surrounded by restaurants so that wasn't a big problem. *My only complaint isn't really the hotel's fault. I happened to stay there during the expo so from 8am-11pm there were voices, music and bass coming from many speakers which was quite loud inside the room even with all the windows closed! You couldn't escape the noise. "

Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety, and the parking was convenient and easy to use. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent room standards and comfort. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
