"The staff were fabulous!"

"Great location. No air conditioning so room felt stuffy. Hotel had nice breakfast. Location was the key"

"The staff could not have been better, friendly and helpful. The room itself was very clean but nothing great and only had the bare minimum in it. I didn't realise before booking but parking and the use of the pool, sauna and steam room are not free. The pool when I used it as well was incredibly busy to the point you could not move as it's open to the general public. I don't think I'd stay again given the price I paid and the extra charges for what I would have imagined most hotels would...

"Perfect"

"Beautiful hotel and everything very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable stay. They were able to hold our bags. Would stay here again, do recommend"

"Wonderful staff. Excellent location. Room was small but manageable."

"It was my first hostel experience and I thought it was great. The location is excellent, and the staff are very attentive. The only downsides (nothing that would stop me from returning) were the noise in the hallways and the bathroom, which could have been cleaner. But I highly recommend it."

"The location is good and the design of the lobby is nice BUT the cleaning is very poor: 1- The shower is unclean at least in our room. 2- We asked them more than 3 times after they “clean” the room to make the bed and take the trash out. How do you clean the room if you don’t empty the trash bin or make the bed? 3- The lightbulb was flickering in the bathroom and it delays when it’s switched on. 4- The WiFi is slow."

"Lovely staff and lush vibe"

"Great central location. Hotel is clean and staff are helpful. The on-site restaurant offers fresh meals and beverages. Would recommend this hotel. It’s great value for money."

"The staff at this hotel, (particularly Amos and Sharon) were exceptional. Unfortunately I had the misfortune of falling quite ill during my stay, during breakfast of all times on the day of my checkout, and these individuals responded to my situation in an extremely professional manner. They catered to my needs at the time with tremendous empathy and concern, and made sure my wife was informed and comfortable with the medical procedures of a foreign country regarding ambulatory transportation,...

"The shower smelt of urine and dubious stain on the sheets…."

"Words can’t describe this beautiful hotel. The staff was hands down some of the best. Jamal went above and beyond. Even the cleaning lady was helpful and so so sweet. Definitely recommend this hotel"
